Duties and responsibilities
- Prepare an estimated budget for the projects.
- Analyze drawings and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates based on budget and determine the cost involved in launching such a project.
- Assess the cost-effectiveness of the projects, tracking actual costs relative to the budget.
- Coordinate with purchasing based on current market prices.
Qualifications
- Civil Engineering degree
- At least 5 years of experience in the construction and GRC fields
- Computerized systems related to cost and planning
