Responsibilities:

1. Tender Management: Handling tenders issued by KOC, KNPC, and other clients for various product categories, including mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, electronics, HVAC, and safety.

2. Inquiry Evaluation: Evaluating potential inquiries to determine participation feasibility.

3. RFQ Management: Forwarding Requests for Quotations (RFQs) to potential sources in local and international locations.

4. Negotiation: Negotiating financial, technical, and delivery terms with manufacturers and suppliers to maintain a competitive edge.

5. Procurement Management: Managing the procurement of products and services, including the negotiation and drafting of purchase orders (POs) and contract terms and conditions. Ensuring compliance with all related laws and regulations.

6. Custom RFQs: Generating custom RFQs based on client-issued inquiries and conducting research for special products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Electrical Preferred)

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
